Maple Beaver Return Policy

At Maple Beaver, we take pride in crafting premium Canadian-made products with care and intention. While all sales are considered final due to our made-to-order production model, we do accept returns under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in unused and original condition
  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery
  • The customer provides valid proof of purchase and return reason

Return Shipping & Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases, including returns due to damage, defect, or dissatisfaction. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers may use a carrier of their choice and are responsible for safely packaging the item.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@maplebeaver.ca within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions
  4. Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are used, washed, or worn
  • Gift cards and sale items marked final
  • Custom or personalized products

As all products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing selection
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Orders with incorrect customer-provided details (e.g., wrong shipping address)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different size or style, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
